Optimel – Baseline

The Baseline series combines compact design and convenient operation and can be optimally used for a large number of Low Pressure Moulding projects. Various mechanical components can be adapted to the specific requirements.

Optimel – Clamping Unit

This clamping unit for small toolings can be used in combination with the manual processing moulding gun for an comfortable processing of sample and small series production.

Giebler – 2-K-DOS

The 2-K-DOS mixing and dispensing system quickly and exactly mixes and dispenses 2-component casting compounds and adhesives with a polyurethane, epoxy or silicon base. Thanks to its modular design, the device can be adapted to a very wide range of applications.

Giebler – LIN-DOS-S

The LIN-DOS S is a three-axis linear unit for automatically sealing bars, particularly LED light bars, together with the 2-K-DOS or 2-K-MiniDOS mixing and dispensing units.

Giebler – LOAD-DOS

LOAD-DOS is a station for automatically loading 2-component casting compounds from 200-litre barrels or similar large containers into the containers of mixing and dispensing devices such as the 2-K-DOS.
