This leaves the operator’s hands free to insert the conductor and contact. The contact can be fixed before the crimping process via the two-step operating mode. Even complex contacts can thus be processed easily and precisely.

Frequently used settings can be stored in a database via the PC 65’s touch panel.

Pressure and displacement sensors monitor the crimping force and the closing movement of the dies. In case of deviations, the crimping process is interrupted and a fault message is shown on the display. This ensures a consistently high crimping quality.

The carrying handle and lightweight construction make the PC 65 the perfect tool for a wide range of workstations. The dies can be easily changed in a few simple steps. In addition to a large number of standard dies, special designs are also possible.
