AQUBE® XV9 is a German engineered and manufactured machine primarily for the cleaning of DCBs, assembled PCBs and hybrids (HDIs, SiPs) from contamination such as fluxes, resin, copper oxide and solder-support substances as well as SMD adhesive and SMD paste.
