Z+F – AM 04 Duomatic
The electropneumatically driven, modular Stripper Crimper is used for the efficient processing of loose insulated Z + F ferrules with cross-sections of 4 to 6 mm² (AWG 12 – 10) and crimping lengths of 8 to 18 mm.
Read moreThe AM 04 Duomatic is an electropneumatically driven automatic stripping and crimping machine. It allows the processing of insulated ferrules with diameters of 4.00 mm² (AWG 12) and 6.00 mm² (AWG 10) without changing the tool or the ferrules.
• Insulated ferrules with diameters of 4.00 mm² and 6.00 mm² and crimping lengths between 8 and 18 mm can be processed without long machine downtimes.
• The user selects the desired diameter on the touch-display and can begin with the production. The crimping lengths can be adjusted very fast due to its self-hanging contact holders.
• Adjustable stripping unit
• Application of high-quality V-Radium blades (3.49 mm)
• Tool unit with crimping tool to produce trapezium crimps
