Z+F – CM 04

Electropneumatic driven, easily adaptable crimpmodule for processing of loose Z+F ferrules integrated in fully automatic machines. In the range of 0.5 to 10 mm2 (AWG 20 – 8) wires and ferrules can be crimped.
Standard is the trapezoidal crimp corresponding to DIN 46228 part 4. Optionally the machine can be adapted to other crimpforms. Adjustments, important data, functions and status will be programed and shown on the touch display. Universal use in the specified range without tool change. I/O interface enables easy integration and time-optimized function in fully automatic systems.
