The Europlacer ii-N2 is the pinnacle of high-mix SMD production, combining speed, precision, and versatility in one advanced pick-and-place machine. Equipped with two Tornado heads with 8 or 12 nozzles and an embedded high-resolution camera, the ii-N2 achieves an impressive placement speed of up to 30,780 components per hour<\/strong>. Thanks to its linear motor system and a placement accuracy of 22 \u00b5m for QFPs and 46 \u00b5m for chips (3\u03c3), the machine delivers top quality for every type of assembly.<\/p>\n

The ii-N2 handles components from 03015m to 99 \u00d7 99 \u00d7 34 mm, including BGAs, \u00b5BGAs, QFNs, CSPs, and odd-form devices. The platform offers space for 264 \u00d7 8 mm feeders and up to four JEDEC trays, with intelligent input systems that automatically recognize component and nozzle information. Thanks to the ii-RC software with intuitive operation and Auto Adaptive Sequencing (AAS), collisions are avoided and trajectories are optimally calculated.<\/p>\n

The machine supports PCBs up to 1610 \u00d7 600 mm (10 kg) and can be integrated into full SMEMA-certified production lines. Additional options such as glue\/paste dispensing, electrical component testing, matrix tray loaders, and fixed-camera vision make the ii-N2 a complete, scalable solution for automated electronics production.<\/p>\n
