The machine supports a wide range of components, from 0201 chips to fine-pitch 70 \u00d7 70 mm with a pitch of 0.4 mm, including BGAs, CSPs, \u00b5BGAs, QFNs, and customer-specific parts such as connectors and wired LEDs.<\/p>\n<p>Laser centering on the assembly head ensures fast, contactless alignment by measuring components during rotation, ideal for parts up to 32 \u00d7 32 mm and fine pitch up to 0.4 mm. For larger or more complex components, bottom vision offers powerful image recognition that calculates the exact placement position and checks the quality of BGAs and fine-pitch connections.<\/p>\n<p>With smartFEEDER technology, feeders are equipped with microprocessor control and wireless barcode programming, so the machine automatically knows which components are loaded and where they are located \u2013 a major time saver during product changes. Automatic fiducial recognition further speeds up the positioning process and ensures error-free placement, even with multi-boards.<\/p>\n<p>When no CAD data is available, the operator can easily teach new assemblies manually via the integrated visual interface, or import data using the CAD converter for fast project preparation.
