The Schleuniger B540 is the most powerful model in the Schleuniger B Series and has been developed for precision stripping of large coaxial cables, multi-core cables, and sensor cables.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its four-blade concept with rotating cutting movements, the machine easily removes even very thin, strongly adhering or irregular insulation. It processes cables with a diameter of up to 17 mm<\/strong> and cross-sections of 0.75 to 100 mm\u00b2<\/strong> (AWG 18 \u2013 4\/0) with a maximum stripping length of 100 mm.<\/p>\n

The B540 is particularly suitable for demanding materials such as Kapton\u00ae, silicone, PUR, PVC, Teflon\u00ae, Tefzel\u00ae, and textile sheaths. Each cable layer can be programmed individually, including cutting depth, pulling force, twist parameters, and clamping pressure, for optimal results with multi-layer or shielded cable constructions.<\/p>\n

The machine is equipped with S.Drive B Series software and a 7″ color touchscreen for fast, intuitive operation. Thanks to features such as diameter recognition, cable end detection, and automatic retraction, the B540 guarantees maximum process reliability and productivity without the need for manual adjustments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
