It features a rotary design with moveable pins to adjust for different coiling diameters. Another unique feature of this design is the easy unloading scheme, using retracting coiling disc with and an automatic safety cover lift. The machine works in \u201cauto coil of loose rings\u201d mode as an integrated post processing accessory for use with cut and strip machines.<\/p>\n<p>The machine is very versatile and can operate in two different operating modes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Winding loose rings only<\/strong> <br \/>For efficient offline winding of pre-cut materials<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automatic winding of loose rings<\/strong><br \/>As an integrated post-processing accessory for use with cutting and stripping machines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programmable parameters<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cable parameters (diameter, length in offline mode)<\/li>\n<li>Coil parameters (inside\/outside diameter)<\/li>\n<li>Configuration parameters (distance after cutting, speed synchronisation adjustment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Programmed parameters can be stored in jobs for easy and quick loading (via UI or even barcode scanner) for use.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The CableCoiler 1450 is a single pan coiling system that is used to coil wire, cable or tubing.
