The IR Series from e-Flex is an inline oven that cures coatings with infrared. The oven is built for mass production and high volumes. It connects to coating machines from various brands.

The series consists of four versions: IR-2033, IR-2644, IR-3355 and IR-4066. They differ in length and power. The curing zone measures 1,750, 2,350, 3,000 or 3,600 mm. The power rises from 5 to 10 kW. The longer the zone, the higher your throughput for the same curing time. All versions have a conveyor width of 450 mm. You set the conveyor speed from 0.1 to 3.5 m/min.

The heat comes from far infrared panels designed in Japan. They ensure even curing. Thanks to the efficient heat transfer, energy consumption drops by 30 to 50%. The panels are resistant to water and high humidity. They also last longer than conventional infrared tubes.

The construction is robust with a clean finish. A password with three levels protects your settings.
