Description
The Kappa 350 cutting and stripping machine processes round conductors up to 120 mm² and a maximum outer diameter of 35 mm in high quality thanks to sophisticated sensors (*). (*) Kappa machines can process many conductors outside the indicated cross-section range, but certain extremely hard, tough wires may not be able to be processed, even if they are within the indicated crosssection range. If in doubt, we are happy to provide you with samples of your wires. Kappa 350 is a powerhouse: The cutting and stripping machine is extremely cost-effective thanks to a strong belt or optional roller drive with a wire transport speed of 4.8 m/s, accurate repeatability, and the cutting head with two blade positions. Innovative sensors support the set-up work and take over quality control during operation for minimal cutting losses. The standardized connections make it easy to integrate additional modules such as wire feed systems, printers, active trays, etc. TopWin can be used to also produce complete parts lists, sequences as a multilead set or as a wire harness. The software also enables wire labeling, connection to the company network and printing of goods despatch notes. – Precesion and high quality for many processing areas
