The C1340 crimp module convinces with its high precision. The clear operation on the touch display and HMI make the application simple and easy to understand. The crimp height can be adjusted manually on the tool. The asynchronous motor ensures high repetition accuracy. The module is up-to-date in terms of efficiency: An optimized cycle time of 220ms (depending on the setting) is possible. Wire cross-sections of 0.125 to 6 mm² can be crimped with high accuracy and a maximum crimp force of 22 kN. Production downtimes can be avoided through the CFA+/CFA crimp force monitoring. – Precise processing thanks to crimp force monitoring – Perfectly illuminated work area – Innovative operation on the crimp module
