The Lambda 6 series rotary machines automate multi-stage assembly of special connectors — FAKRA/COAX cables for example — in a reliable and time-saving manner. Double-sided processing, short cycle times and high process stability, as well as quality, ensure flawless processing, high productivity and availability. All processes are monitored with integrated test systems, such as sensors for monitoring wire insertion on both sides, crimp force monitoring, process feedback during joining or assembly as well as automatic bad-part monitoring. Maintenance and refitting are also extremely easy: After separation and re-docking, the controller recognizes the stations again and production continues. – Fully monitored quality – Ergonomic operation – Flexible assembly of special plug connection
