The CM F20 is an attractive, flexible solution for control cabinet construction. Five different ferrules on strap with cross sections of 0.5 – 2.5 mm² and crimp lengths of 8 or 10 mm can be processed quickly and easily in sequence. Even special ferrules (multi-standard, AWG) are no problem. The parallel holding of 5 rollers on strap and the quick component change without tools save time in production and increase flexibility. The two-stage entry process and trapezoidal crimp form enable reliable processing. The module also warns with an automatic alert when the rollers are almost empty to reduce downtime. The CM F20 module can be integrated into the Zeta fully automatic crimping machine. – Two-step entry and automatic wire centering – High process reliability for ferrules on strap – Flexibility wiht freely programmable batch sizes
