Description
The Alpha 550 fully automatic wire processing machine ensures high unit cost performance with a wire cross-section of 0.13 – 6 mm² (*) and the best quality in crimping and seal insertion on both sides. (*) Very hard or tough wires may not be able to be processed under certain circumstances although they are within the specification. Komax offers feasibility tests for testing the wires in advance. The processing of larger wire cross sections is possible on request. Constantly high productivity and flexibility in wire processing are requirements for modern wire assembly. The Alpha 550 offers a competitive advantage thanks to fast processing and, with the ACD incision monitoring and the Q1250 optical quality monitoring tool, enables maximum precision with top CpK results. The robust system with powerful servo motors positions the swivel arm with unbeatable repetition accuracy. The user interface is clear, sequence-controlled and can be individually programmed. In addition to fast wire draw-in, short distances, fast set-up and changeover times, time-saving and ergonomic operation and loading of the next order during operation accelerate the processes. – Precise processing with dual head and ACD incision monitoring – Economical belt drive with a speed of 12m/s – Exact repeat accuracy thanks to robust swivel arm – Option to increase efficiency: quick charge wire draw-in – Uniform guide tubes even for the thinnest wires
