Due to smooth-running assembly guides and a handrest, fatiguefree work is accomplished. The LM900 ensures a cost-efficient entry into manual SMD assembly.

Universal circuit board holder
The universal circuit board holder retains single- and double-sided boards safely using adjustable, elastic holding fingers. Large circuit boards can be handled on demand.

Ergonomics
The unequalled guiding system of the assembly head results in comfortable and fatigue-free daily work. All of the control elements are arranged logically and ergonomically, which assists the user in the best possible way.
A relocatable hand-rest is already included in the standard version of the machines.

Assembly head
The assembly head is equipped with a patented constant-force trapezoidal spring. The spring tension is distributed equally over the total range of the Z-axis.
The whole assembly head is maintenance-free.
With holder for holding a 5/10 cc syringe it can also be used for dispensing by means of an external control (not included in the scope of delivery).

Camera systems
Using various camera systems that can be adapted to the pick % place head, the entire process from picking up the component to placing it down can be shown enlarged. This means that small components such as 0201 or 0402 can be safely placed.
