The MicroLab 35 bench-top micrograph laboratory can reliably check large quantities of B crimps in the processing range of 0.5 to 3.0mm in serial quality testing.
Complete quality assurance offers a competitive advantage. For this reason, it is essential to create micrographs for crimp connections during production. The MicroLab series has been developed to meet these quality engineering requirements. The MicroLab 35 is designed for fast cross sectioning of samples on B crimps up to 3mm wide. The fully automatic transport, the precise setting of the sectional plane thanks to the microscope, the exact line laser, the integrated etching unit and the magnification module make the device an all-round quality assurance package. Parallel processes enable short processing times and continuous creation of micrographs. The machine cuts and grinds the sample independently without reclamping.
