        The HR 600/2 hybrid rework system sets standards in the automated processing of assemblies. Flexible, efficient, automated, process-safe!

        From 01005 chips to large SMT connectors (120 mm), from SMT flip chips to THT pin grid arrays, BGAs on flex circuit or multilayer BGAs – Ersa rework systems offer the optimal solution for all applications.

        • Highly efficient 800 W hybrid heating head
        • Homogeneous, large-area IR underheating with three heating zones of 800 W each
        • Automatic and precise part alignment by means of image processing
        • Highly accurate motorized axis system for part placement (+/- 0.025 mm)
        • Guarantees user-independent reproducible repair results
        • Process control and documentation via HRSoft operating software
