        The X1582 twisting unit twists strand ends precisely from a wire cross section of 0.03 mm² and twisting strands from 2mm in preparation for the subsequent tinning process. Twisted strand ends are the best prerequisite for fast tinning with millimeter accuracy. The X1582 is an optional module for fully automatic wire processing machines and can perform this task with maximum precision and short changeover times. Integrated directly into the crimp module – but can also be used as a stand-alone device– the X1582 is flexibly usable. The simple integration into TopWin and HMI, and the EtherCAT connection, ensure smooth operation in an integrated process. The best results can be achieved in combination with the fluxing/tinning module X1585. The coordinated devices create the right conditions for perfectly tinned wires.
