Description
With its dual drum design, the dps 272 coiler can wind up excessively long wires. The device thus ensures orderly production and facilitates transport and further processing. With its dual drum design, the dps 272 enables the careful winding of wire rings. To do this, another wire is wound up in the second drum while the previous wire is being removed from one drum using the foot-operated switch. The rotating unit part is shielded with a sliding cover for protection. The inner and outer diameter of the winding can be freely adjusted from 100 to 300 mm for the inner diameter and a maximum of 400 mm for the outer diameter. The specific settings can be conveniently and easily set on the user interface. The winding speed is synchronized with the Komax base machine. Optionally, the device can also wind up manually fed wires.
