Description
With the ads 112 prefeed, fine, coarse and non-round wires from reels, conipacks or wire drums can be fed powerfully yet carefully into the processing machine. The ads 112 wire feed system unwinds a wire reel precisely via two synchronously running toothed belts without damaging the wire.
The ads 112 is a preferred solution, especially if the wire type to be processed has to be changed very often. A control arm controls the output. For wires with twist or high rigidity, the prefeeder can be upgraded with the optical wire sag control DHS 1000D as an option.
