Description
The Mira 440 SF stripper combines all the advantages of the Mira 440 and is also suitable for stripping coaxial, triaxial and hybrid cables as well as semiflex cables (*). (*) We recommend using sampling for wires that are difficult to process and wires at the limits of the specifications. (**) The maximum strip length is reduced by the length cut from the end. (***) In practice, production rate and cycle time depend on the settings and the operator’s experience. The Mira 440 SF works with the industry-proven rotary cut, which is particularly suitable for coaxial cables. In addition, the machine has a centering jaw that aligns the wire exactly in the center. The smooth cutting blade points towards the dielectric. This ensures perfect cutting quality. The special feature of the 440 SF is its application for semiflex cables, which usually have dip-tinned braided shield. This behaves differently than other jackets on a wire. For this purpose, this version of the Mira Series has been equipped with an optimized cutting geometry that meets these high requirements.
