L&rsquo;espace entre une goupille de connexion et le trou dans le PCB d\u00e9termine l&rsquo;effet capillaire. Cet effet garantit que le flux et l&rsquo;\u00e9tain liquide sont \u00ab\u00a0aspir\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb dans l&rsquo;espace entre la goupille et le trou.<\/p>\n<p>Un bon rapport entre la goupille et le trou est donc l&rsquo;un des param\u00e8tres cruciaux pour un soudage r\u00e9ussi des composants \u00e0 trous traversants.<\/p>\n<h2>Contr\u00f4le de l&rsquo;effet capillaire<\/h2>\n<p>Il est important que le flux capillaire soit d&rsquo;abord \u00ab\u00a0aspir\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb dans le trou afin que les surfaces du trou et de la goupille soient exemptes d&rsquo;oxyde et que l&rsquo;\u00e9tain de soudage puisse \u00e0 son tour monter de mani\u00e8re optimale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour obtenir l&rsquo;effet capillaire le plus fort, la zone ouverte entre la goupille et le trou doit \u00eatre comprise entre 150 \u00b5m et 350 \u00b5m.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation de N2 a une influence positive sur l&rsquo;action capillaire et est particuli\u00e8rement importante dans le soudage s\u00e9lectif.
