Le VERSAFLOW 3\/66 fait partie de la troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de syst\u00e8mes Ersa et a \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour le soudage s\u00e9lectif de grandes cartes de circuits imprim\u00e9s jusqu’\u00e0 610 x 610 mm. Ce syst\u00e8me de soudage haut de gamme combine une flexibilit\u00e9 maximale avec une excellente stabilit\u00e9 de processus, ce qui le rend id\u00e9al pour la production \u00e9lectronique exigeante dans le segment XL.<\/p>\n

En fonction de la t\u00e2che de soudage et de la vitesse de passage souhait\u00e9e, le VERSAFLOW 3\/66 peut \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 de modules suppl\u00e9mentaires de flux, de pr\u00e9chauffage et de soudage. Il est possible d’int\u00e9grer jusqu’\u00e0 trois modules de soudage, chacun \u00e9quip\u00e9 d’un ou deux pots \u00e0 onde unique pour une configuration optimale par application.<\/p>\n

La machine offre \u00e0 la fois une technologie de soudage mini-wave pour une pr\u00e9cision maximale et des options multi-wave pour la production \u00e0 grand volume. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la structure parall\u00e8le du processus \u2013 dans laquelle le flux, le pr\u00e9chauffage et le soudage s’effectuent ind\u00e9pendamment \u2013 les changements de produit sont possibles sans temps d’arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n

Avec jusqu’\u00e0 quatre t\u00eates de pulv\u00e9risation, cinq modules de chauffage par le bas (avec chauffage par convection en haut en option) et une conception enti\u00e8rement modulaire, la VERSAFLOW 3\/66 s’int\u00e8gre facilement dans les lignes de production en ligne modernes.
