Toenemende miniaturisatie van kleine componenten<\/h2>\n

Door de toenemende miniaturisatie van kleine componenten <\/strong>gecombineerd met grotere componenten en modules wordt het steeds uitdagender om het juiste pastavolume voor alle componenten in \u00e9\u00e9n stencil te voorzien.<\/p>\n

Step-stencils<\/h2>\n

Step-Stencils<\/strong> kunnen hiervoor de nodige oplossingen bieden, maar er zijn ook beperkingen aan deze technologie. Rotec heeft in samenwerking met SMANS en Fineline QPI onderzoek verricht naar deze problematiek.<\/p>\n

We delen de resultaten van dit onderzoek graag met jullie tijdens een In-House Tech Event op 6, 7 of 8 juni 2023<\/strong>. Tijdens deze dag worden de verschillende uitdagingen, proceslimieten en mogelijke oplossingen in detail toegelicht.<\/p>\n
