Dankzij zijn intelligente software en tot 200 kitting slots worden omsteltijden tot een minimum beperkt, waardoor de productiviteit hoog blijft \u2013 zelfs bij kleine lotgroottes. De machine ondersteunt een breed scala aan componenten, van chips 0201 tot fine-pitch <strong>70 \u00d7 70 mm met een pitch van 0,4 mm<\/strong>, inclusief BGA\u2019s, CSP\u2019s, \u00b5BGA\u2019s, QFN\u2019s en klantspecifieke onderdelen zoals connectoren en bedrade LED\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>De lasercentrering op de assemblagekop zorgt voor snelle, contactloze uitlijning door componenten te meten tijdens het draaien, ideaal voor onderdelen tot 32 \u00d7 32 mm en fine-pitch tot 0,4 mm. Voor grotere of complexere componenten biedt de bottom vision een krachtige beeldherkenning die de exacte plaatsingspositie berekent en de kwaliteit van BGA\u2019s en fine-pitch verbindingen controleert.<\/p>\n<p>Met de smartFEEDER-technologie worden feeders voorzien van microprocessorbesturing en draadloze barcodeprogrammering, zodat de machine automatisch weet welke componenten geladen zijn en waar ze zich bevinden \u2013 een grote tijdsbesparing bij productwissels. De automatische fiduciaatherkenning versnelt het positioneringsproces verder en zorgt voor een foutloze plaatsing, ook bij multiborden.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer geen CAD-gegevens beschikbaar zijn, kan de operator eenvoudig nieuwe assemblages handmatig inleren via de ge\u00efntegreerde visuele interface, of gegevens importeren met de CAD-converter voor snelle projectvoorbereiding.
