Description
The Alpha 560 fully automated cable processing machine is designed for loading large terminals or seals up to a conductor cross-section of 16 mm² on one or both sides. It is suitable for processing cables with demanding terminals and provides excellent performance even for very hard or stiff cables after prior feasibility tests. Processing larger cable cross-sections is available upon request.

- Suitable for larger terminals and seals: Processes cables with cross-sections from 2.5 to 16 mm², crimp terminals up to 55 mm, and seals with a maximum length of 21 mm.
- Innovative HMI control: The machine is easily operated through the Komax HMI control, which is intuitive and requires minimal training.
- Powerful crimping process: The machine offers 50 kN crimp force and features fully integrated crimp force monitoring (CFA+/CFA), ensuring the assembly of even the most demanding terminals with minimal waste.
- Intelligent sealing detection: Up to 380 different sealing variants can be processed thanks to the intelligent sealing detection and stored SST parameters (Smart Seal Track).
- Optical quality monitoring: The wear-free optical quality monitoring system Q1250 checks the quality of strips and seal insertion during the process and automatically sorts out defective products.
- Efficient belt drive: The belt drive operates at a speed of 12 m/s, contributing to efficient processing.
- Dual blade holder with dual head: Offers two different blade radii for added flexibility.
