        Description

        The CT 36 pneumatic crimping machine prioritizes safety and productivity for loose-piece crimping. It delivers up to 20 kN (2.5 tons) of force, handling open and closed barrels, including wire end ferrules. The full-cycle mechanism ensures dies fully close, while the 15° tilt angle and LED lighting enhance visibility.

        Key safety features:

        • Crimp head remains closed until ready for use.
        • Foot pedal: left opens, right crimps, with a safety lever preventing simultaneous operation.
        • Low pressure holds terminals securely, keeping hands away from the crimp area.
        • Air pressure deactivates if obstructions (>5.9 mm) are detected.

        The quick-change die adapter system allows fast setups and supports a wide range of crimping tools. The CT 36 is easy to operate and highly versatile.
