        Description

        The SawPolish Unit combines sawing and polishing technology in a single process, allowing users to quickly and cleanly cut and polish samples. This system is designed to handle crimp contacts up to 60 mm² (1/0 AWG) or a maximum sample height of 20 mm (0.79″).

        Versatile Materials and Applications

        • Cuts copper, aluminum, steel, alloyed steel, stainless steel, titanium, bronze, brass, cast iron, gold, silver, inconel, nimonic, hastelloy, magnesium alloys, and plastics.
        • Additional materials can be evaluated through sample processing.

        Advanced Cutting and Polishing Process

        • Interchangeable sample holder for optimal positioning.
        • Aligned saw blade and polishing disc enable a seamless process, minimizing processing time.
        • Carbide blades produce extremely clean cuts, often eliminating the need for polishing.
        • Sample holder can be directly transferred to other analysis units.

        Flexible for Various Applications

        • Available in multiple blade widths for different sample sizes.
        • Wide range of sample holders for applications such as welding, potting, and connector inspections.
