De spoelenafroller SAR800-1250 is ontworpen als kabelafwikkelsysteem voor kabels die op grote spoelen zijn gerold en die zonder trekkracht moeten worden getransporteerd.
Beschrijving
The coil unwinder SAR was developed as a cable supplier which delivers material from big coils without pulling force. Due to the contact-free-processing sag control, the isolation hose of the material cannot be damaged.
The material coil is lifted up by a pneumatic lift table (optionally) and positioned by the operator onto the two drive shafts. One of the drive shafts can be moved motorized (optional) to lift down the coil slowly into the unwinder unit. For fixation, the tapered brackets are pushed into the center holes. This enables the user to process also damaged wood and plastic coils.
Optionally, the unwinding speed can be controlled and optimized for the production flow by the sag control DHS1000 D or by the cable accumulator system KSP/LSP.
