        The Lambda 2 series is individually configured to ensure high-quality, semi-automatic processing of both HSD and FAKRA braided shields.

        The Lambda 2xx series can be individually adapted to your current needs. Prior to the crimping process, the required components — such as the braided shields and pre-assembled wires — are attached manually and joined to the alignment mandrel. The quiet, electronically controlled drive operates with a short cycle time and high process reliability. Before and after each crimping process, the electronic measuring system and crimp force monitoring checks the required values and thus ensures the process results. Bad parts are directly ejected and destroyed by a validation mechanism. Good user communication and ease of use, such as triggering crimping by two-hand operation, make the machine easy to operate.
