      Benchtop post reflow inspection for  PCB assembly production, incoming board quality inspection.

      Line scan technology:

      It employs Line Scan Technology which enabled the ultra fast scanning. The moving table structure which carries board. Various images can be taken by changing the degree of LED units alternatively at every 18μm. With superior high resolution of 18μm, it only takes seconds to take in full board image of the board. Additionally, the movement of board is quiet and smooth so that it is also suitable for the optical inspection of pre-reflow or after mounting chips when the components are not fixed on the board.

      Multi Lighting Technology
      Switching LED lighting unit alternately by 0.4msec enabled it to capture multiple images at one scanning.
