With the SMARTFLOW 2020, Ersa adds a powerful and compact selective soldering system to its leading VERSAFLOW series. This user-friendly batch system combines advanced technology with a minimal footprint — smaller than a standard hand soldering workstation — making it ideal for small production runs or as an entry-level model.
Despite its compact size, the SMARTFLOW 2020 offers full functionality: printed circuit boards up to 508 x 508 mm are processed effortlessly, supported by full-surface heating and a wear-resistant induction pump that guarantees low-maintenance operation. Thanks to the “Plug and Solder” principle and intuitive ERSASOFT process visualization, the SMARTFLOW is perfectly suited for production islands where efficiency, quality, and ease of use are paramount.
