Why rewinding systems matter in wire assembly
Cable and wire are usually supplied on large drums. For production, or for delivery to your customers, these drums are often too big, too heavy or too awkward to handle. The cable then has to be rewound onto smaller reels or spools, or into coils of a fixed length.
Doing this by hand or with makeshift tools takes a lot of time and physical effort. It also risks damaging the cable, winding it unevenly or getting it tangled. A rewinding system gives you controlled, even winding. It protects the cable, makes the work more ergonomic and safer for your staff, and produces reels and coils that are ready for further processing or shipping.
