Description
The ECOSELECT 4 is the ideal selective soldering system for small to medium-sized production runs where flexibility and quality are key. This compact system integrates the latest VERSAFLOW 4 technology and can be used in both batch and inline mode. Thanks to the high-quality roller conveyor for printed circuit boards up to 508 x 508 mm, the ECOSELECT 4 offers maximum processing space in an efficient format.
A key advantage is the power convection, which ensures even heat distribution – even with complex components. With features such as dual solder pots with variable Y/Z movement, automatic nozzle activation, and real-time wave height measurement via VERSACAM, this system delivers exceptional precision and process control.
The ECOSELECT 4 can also be expanded with an independent flux module to become a fully-fledged inline machine and is controlled via the award-winning ERSASOFT 5 software. Thanks to IPC-CFX certification, the system is fully ready for modern, data-driven production environments.
