The Rotar 300 is a programmable bench taping machine that can tape wire harnesses with up to 10 branches. Intuitive programming makes it easy to use.

Processing tape rolls with a diameter of 220 mm reduces downtime, and the large winding head area significantly reduces handling time. The processor hood opens and closes automatically and detects handling errors, while the right-justified winding head prevents the wire from becoming blocked.

Programming the machine is intuitive and can be done either directly on the machine or at a remote workstation. Up to 25% material can be saved with the Rotar 300 compared to manual production, and the robust feed systems ensure continuous overlapping.

The Rotar 300 can also be fully configured to your needs: choose from seven basic variants, four winding tables, three tension variants, three clamping rings, and seven options to build your personal Rotar 300.
