The KTB 50 EK is an electric bundling machine based on the proven technology of the KTB E Plus, but specially designed for integration into welding tables.

The semi-automatic bundling line performs the three process steps of tape dispensing, cutting, and cable wrapping in the shortest possible time, ensuring consistent production quality. Thanks to the programmable number of windings, tape consumption is calculable, saving up to 80% in material costs compared to heat shrink tubing or caps.

Up to 50% of production time can be saved compared to manual processes, and with an optional pneumatic ejector, the next operation can start while bundling is still taking place. An integrated sensor also checks whether the insulation is present, allowing the KTB 50 EK to efficiently process critical cable cross-sections as well.
