Description
The UV-LED 600 is a compact inline oven that cures with LED light. It cures conformal coatings, adhesives and other fluids that are suitable for LED curing. The curing time is short. This lets more boards pass through the machine per hour. All in a length of just 600 mm.
You choose between LEDs of 365 or 395 nm. The oven works fully automatically. The conveyor width adjusts automatically. It connects to your production line via SMEMA. Shutters at the infeed and the outfeed keep the radiation inside.
LED light has advantages over conventional lamps. You can also process thin, heat sensitive boards and sensitive electronics. No ozone is produced and no mercury is involved. The LEDs also emit no UVB or UVC. That makes the workplace safer.
