Description
The AUV-H170 from Axxon Mycronic is a compact inline oven for UV curing. It cures conformal coatings, adhesives and other fluids. Powerful microwave lamps work without electrodes. Polished aluminium reflectors focus the light onto the board. The curing time is short, so your throughput rises. The machine is just 1,700 mm long.
There are three versions, with one, two or three lamps. This gives you a curing width of 150, 300 or 450 mm. As standard you get a type H lamp. Type D is optional.
The oven is economical. It only uses the lamps needed for the width of your board. When the machine is idle for a while, the lamps switch to a power saving mode. This also extends their lifetime.
Safety and control are built in. Four shutters keep the radiation inside. Sensors continuously monitor the light intensity and the temperature in the oven. You can see at any moment where your products are. You operate everything from a PC. The oven supports Industry 4.0 and linking to your MES. Curing on both sides is optional.
