Description
The Europlacer ii-A3 is the standalone pick-and-place machine that perfectly combines productivity and flexibility. Designed for modern SMD production environments, the ii-A3 offers an impressive placement speed of up to 65,650 components per hour thanks to the combination of two Pulsar heads and one Tornado turret head. This allows the machine to deliver exceptional performance in both high-volume and complex, mixed production runs.
The ii-A3 supports components from 03015m to 99 x 99 x 34 mm and weights up to 300 grams. Thanks to smart features such as Auto Adaptive Sequencing (AAS), 3DPS height control and a patented intelligent conveyor system, placement errors are minimised and throughput is maximised.
The machine is fully CFX 1.7-compatible and works seamlessly with the ii-Tab mobile system for real-time monitoring, inventory management and setup support. With a capacity of up to 264 feeders and support for various trays and component sizes, the ii-A3 offers unrivalled flexibility in any production scenario.
Thanks to the intuitive ii-RC software platform, operation is simple and straightforward, with an ergonomic interface that reduces setup times. The smart nozzles, modular trolleys and extensive option packages (such as electrical testing, label feeding or dispensing systems) make the ii-A3 a complete, scalable solution for any electronics manufacturer.
