        The BSB 1017 braiding brush is designed for separating braided cable shields after stripping the outer jacket. Before further processing, the braid must be brushed out. The Böwe Elektrik BSB 1017 provides the ideal solution for this process.

        Whether dealing with a long or short braid, folded forward or backward, this machine ensures highly consistent results. Thanks to various brush heads, adapted to braid density and wire thickness, the brushing process can be repeated if necessary.

        The brush head features two modes:

        • Forward mode for brushing out the braid.
        • Backward mode for folding the braid back, for example, in a shielded connection with a connector.

        Minimal maintenance and fast operation ensure a quick return on investment and lasting profitability on a relatively modest investment.
