        Description

        The cable reaches the coiling disc via a guide tube and is coiled using mandrels. The coiling diameters are individually adjustable. After the coiling process, the mandrels are lowered automatically, the protection cover opens, and the cable coil can be removed. Even extremely heavy cable coils can easily be pushed aside. The CB-Version contains a binding unit for manual binding.

        The KRI 450 CBP is a flexible and versatile coil & binding machine. At the heart of the coiling process is a coiling disk with adjustable mandrels. The handling arm for lateral transport of a finished coil is based on two fixtures with rod-shaped grippers. The binding is conducted with an elastic rubber cord.

        • Suitable even for short cable lengths starting at 1.5 m
        • Small and compact cable coils for cable diameters up to 18 mm. For the CBP-version, the operating mode depends on the dimensions and weight of the cable coil and the breaking load of the rubber cord.
