        With their powerful performance, the SG400 cutters can cut rigid hoses with an outer diameter of up to 30 mm and cables with a cross-section up to 120 mm². Materials are fed via two belts, with coating that can be specifically chosen to provide sufficient friction for accurate positioning.

        Key Features:

        • Powerful performance: Cuts large hoses and cables with high precision.
        • Efficient servo drive: Provides the necessary force for fast and efficient cutting.
        • Limited feed for pressure-sensitive materials: Mechanical limitation of the feed for pressure-sensitive materials.
        • Extendable cutting head: Blades and guides can be quickly replaced, ideal for maintenance or product changeover.
        • Easy operation: Simply enter the desired length and piece count to start production.
        • Adjustable system parameters: Customize the machine for specific products for optimal performance.
        • PLC functionality: Additional features like fault detection, print units, and more.

        Optional Features:

        • PC connection with special software: For cable assembly, including order processing, lists, and work orders via barcode scanner.
