        This machine, with its powerful performance, can cut rigid hoses up to 30 mm in outer diameter and cables with a cross-section up to 200 mm². The material is fed via two belts, whose coating can be specially adapted to the product, ensuring sufficient friction for precise positioning.

        • Powerful servo drive: Efficient drive for fast and precise cuts.
        • Mechanical feed limitation for pressure-sensitive materials: Limits the feed for sensitive materials.
        • Extendable cutting head: Blades and guides can be quickly replaced, ideal for maintenance and product changeovers.
        • Easy operation: Start production by entering the desired length and piece count.
        • Flexible system parameters: Adjustable for specific products.
        • PLC functionality: Additional features such as printer control, fault detection systems, and other expansion options.

        • PC connection with cable assembly software: For creating and processing orders and lists, including work orders via barcode scanner.
        • Counters and automatic stop function: Operating hour counter, total piece counter, and automatic stop when material is depleted.
