        Description

        The SLD 4100 dual gripper module collects two individual wires with outer diameters ranging from 1 to 4 mm (0.039 – 0.157″) and precisely positions them in the correct orientation. The wires are then picked up by the swivel arm gripper and transferred to a separate station for double crimping.

        • Space-saving, fully pneumatic module
        • Horizontal or vertical doubling
        • Wires to be doubled can have different lengths
        • All parameters are fully programmable (no mechanical adjustments)
        • Simple programming directly in CrimpCenter EASY software
