      The Z+F AI 02 is a compact, electric wire stripping machine developed for the efficient stripping of fine wires and short cables. This special version of the basic AI 01 model has been optimised for a wire cross-section of 0.05 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 30–14) and is equipped with a modified front plate. This allows the machine to work with feed lengths from just 15 mm plus stripping length, ideal for applications where precision and space are crucial.

      Thanks to its short cycle time of 0.5 seconds and fully automatic pulling mechanism, the Z+F AI 02 delivers consistent results when stripping thin cables in series. The machine is also quiet, low-maintenance and easy to integrate into existing workstations. A perfect choice for production environments where accuracy and speed must go hand in hand.
