Description
The ILC 30/20 BTS from LASELEC (Komax Group) is the top model in the ILC series and has been specially developed for large cable diameters and multi-layer insulation. The machine uses a high-power 30 W infrared CO₂ laser with a rotating cutting head, which removes insulation material without contact and without damaging the conductor or shielding.
The BTS version offers maximum versatility with circular cuts, axial slots, spiral strips, and window strips—ideal for cables with complex constructions. The EasyCutting Config software allows operators to easily create, save, and recall programs, while barcode and QR code functionality enables quick configuration. Manual feed with safety guide and automatic trigger sensor ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
