        Description

        With all the features of the standard TM-50, the TM-50XL accepts tape widths up to 120mm and includes the software and sensor packages. The microprocessor-controlled sealer and stepper motor drive assure precise handling of all taping parameters. Several advance speeds are selectable to accommodate problem parts and minimize part jumping.

        The innovative set-up and changeover design allow any taping operator to change over carrier and cover tapes in minutes.

        Flexible, easy-to-use, menu-driven software and advanced electronic characteristics make the TM-50XL a perfect choice for integration into manufacturing processes with existing pick and place capabilities.

        • Adjustable track assembly for tape widths up to 120mm
        • Independently controlled seal temperature for each side of the cover tape
        • Dual stage, fully adjustable heat and PSA sealer assembly
        • User-friendly software allows multiple job storage and recall, part mark, and vision integration, sensor monitoring capabilities, and automatic leader/trailer.
