        Description

        Pneumatic press for 1,27mm mica and Picoflex IDT connectors.
        The matrixes allow to crimp the entire range of mica and Picoflex connectors from 4 to 26 pins included.

        The machine replaces manual operations and is also suitable for medium/big productions.
        The machine is able to cut multi-color cables, single-core cables, up to sect. 25mm² PCV sheaths, silicone etc., flat up to 25mm width.
        Unwinding and cutting length from 1mm to 100mt.

        – Machine of great versatility, portable by handles in every operational area
        – Positioning operations and format-changing are extremely easy and precise
        – Control panel consisting of only four membrane keys, easy to understand and program.
        – The material introduction area is easy and quick to access, by lifting the rollers with a single lever, and adjusting without using other tools.
        – Cutting area with automatic material ejection, with cutting blades in WIDIA material for a long life.
