        The Schleuniger PullTester 320 is a motorized measuring device, designed for use with Schleuniger CrimpCenter automatic crimping machines. It measures tensile forces of wire terminations, a critical parameter for quality control and assurance.

        Triple Measurement Range for Maximum Precision

        • Individually calibrated measurement ranges for high accuracy:
          • 100 N (22.5 lbf.)
          • 200 N (45 lbf.)
          • 1,000 N (220 lbf.)
        • Greater precision across the full range than single-range devices.

        Reliable and Stable Measurements

        • Prevents inconsistencies common in manual or pneumatic testers.
        • Complies with international test standards with a constant and controlled pull speed.
        • Four selectable pull speeds aligned with common testing specifications.
        • Speed-controlled motor ensures consistent measurement performance.
        • Force measurements available in Newtons, pound-force, or kiloponds.

        User-Friendly Software Integration

        • Test parameters are programmed and stored via CrimpCenter EASY software.
